Job summary

The DuPont Country Club is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Procurement Clerk to support our operations and ensure the best service for members and guests. This role will help manage receiving, storage, and ordering activities within the club's food and beverage operation.

Responsibilities include checking items in, putting items away, preparing orders for other departments, entering requisitions, and helping with monthly inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Driver’s license required.
• Inventory software experience preferred.
• General computer skills required.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculations and data review.

Responsibilities

• Check off items and complete required paperwork to receive them in the system.
• Put items away once received.
• Prepare orders for other departments.
• Put requisitions in the system.
• Help with inventory at the end of each month.
• Provide backup for Manager.
• Weekly cleaning of the storeroom and other areas.
