• Execute creative cocktail recipes and stay abreast of the latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine.
• Plan and schedule staff, minimizing labor costs and streamlining processes for a 24‑hour operation.
• Lead training and development of staff and maintain a high level of service quality.
• Handle administrative tasks such as inventory, payroll, cost control, and other operational duties.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to keep the department well‑ordered and engage guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience and 3 years of managing a cocktail restaurant and bar.
• Proficiency in creating and executing creative cocktail recipes.
• Strong organizational and technical skills, capable of multi‑tasking and working long hours.
• Experience in scheduling, labor cost control, and process streamlining.
• Excellent training, relationship‑building, listening, and leadership skills.
• Flexible, proactive, intuitive, and responsible with the ability to work within a 24‑hour operation.

Compensation

Annualized salary: $85,000 - $90,000.
