Job summary

Arcis Golf's Tijeras Creek Golf Club in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead guest-focused service and uphold quality across all F&B outlets.

You will coordinate with the Executive Chef, supervise banquet staff, manage inventory and costs, and ensure exceptional member and guest experiences, including evenings and weekend shifts. This role offers growth opportunities within a collaborative, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years banquet and/or F&B supervisory experience.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Flexibility with schedule; evenings and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with guests, promoting food & beverage facilities, products, and services.
• Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains guest relations.
