Location Description

Located in downtown Minneapolis, Rand Tower Hotel offers a restored Art Deco setting with modern amenities. As a historic landmark, it celebrates the grandeur of the 1920s with spectacular design, gracious service, and exciting culinary experiences. We seek a motivated, analytical Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement aligned with Pyramid Global Hospitality’s standards and values.

Your Role

1. Attend weekly meetings and communicate upcoming events to staff.
2. Provide information on Food and Beverage capabilities to other departments and clients.
3. Respond to guest needs and requests.
4. Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality.
5. Implement cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
6. Understand and explain profit & loss statements, labor reports, and cost reductions.
7. Develop inventory, receiving, and product utilization systems.
8. Set productivity standards for personnel.
9. Implement company-wide systems.
10. Create appealing menus for various occasions.
11. Create a positive work environment to foster employee loyalty.
12. Oversee hiring, training, and management of staff.
13. Manage weekly payroll.
14. Assist in all Food and Beverage outlets as needed.

Compensation Range

$60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
