Job summary

You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, carry out preventive maintenance, and work closely with production teams to cut downtime while meeting strict food safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in maintenance, industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Basic electrical, mechanical and plumbing troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and manuals.
• Comfort with hand and power tools and test equipment.
• Willingness to work various shifts, weekends, overtime or on-call.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and service production and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing issues.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and log results in the CMMS.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards during all work.
• Coordinate with teams to minimize downtime and support changeovers.
