Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Food and Beverage Leader in Development at ChampionsGate, Florida. This 12-month program aims to develop graduates into successful management positions. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing department operations.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree, experience in food management, and must be able to work flexible hours. Alcohol service training and certification are also required, along with a willingness to relocate after program completion.
This position is responsible for ensuring proper training and supervision of all personnel. The Food and Beverage LID is tasked with delivering prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures. The LID program is a 12‑month program designed to develop graduates into successful managers in the division they choose. During the program, the F&B LID will spend 40 hours each week assisting each department in Food & Beverage and 10 hours completing contracts throughout the training property. After completion, the Food & Beverage LID will move into a managerial role at an Omni property, so the successful candidate must be relocatable.
