CTK II LLC is seeking a Lead Bartender for Sullivan. The role involves greeting members and guests, ensuring a memorable guest experience, and working closely with the Clubhouse team to deliver high‑level service.

The ideal candidate will manage bar operations, verify ages, prepare beverages, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Weekend daytime availability is preferred, with flexibility for shifts as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are looking for someone with a friendly face and excellent work ethic to be the next Lead Bartender at Sullivan! The applicant will work closely with the Clubhouse Manager and / or Golf Professional on duty to assure an excellent guest experience.

The candidate must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service. Must be flexible in meeting the varying scheduling needs of the Club and may be required to work additional hours than scheduled, if necessary. Servers must be neat and well-groomed in accordance to Club’s Team Member standards. This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and interact with guests at a high-level.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

It must be recognized that all specific duties cannot be listed and that responsibilities will change accordingly as the need arises.

• This position will meet and greet all members and their guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner in accordance with all facility policies and procedures.
• Responsible for reviewing customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Responsible for preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Responsible for interacting with customers, taking orders and serving menu food and drinks.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Help keep all working areas attractive, neat and clean and free of trash and waste.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all state and local food and beverage regulations
• Refer all major problems/complaints to a manager.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements
