Montage International in the United States offers a Food & Beverage Internship that provides hands-on learning in our food and beverage departments while you interact with guests and adhere to service standards.

You will collaborate with management, bartenders, and service staff to deliver exceptional experiences and learn about menus, operations, and guest satisfaction. We encourage enrolled students to apply and support with flexible scheduling and accommodations.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in a college or university program.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Guide guests through all phases of their experience at the venue while commanding full menu knowledge and preparation methods.
• Work as a team and effectively communicate with management, bartenders and service staff.
• Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments.
• Clean up of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.
