Job summary

Alamance Foods Inc. is seeking a Maintenance A/B to support production operations at the facility in the United States. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on high-speed food and beverage equipment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience with strong knowledge of AC/DC motors, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics and PLC systems. The position requires coordination with supervision and adherence to GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical drive systems.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance procedures on production and utility equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
• Repair or replace defective components, including motors, belts, bearings, sensors, and control systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and basic automation equipment.
• Accurately document maintenance activities in daily logs and CMMS.
