Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert in Arlington, TX. You will deliver an exceptional guest experience, manage deliveries and replenishment, and uphold food safety and quality standards across all hours of operation.

You should be 18+ with welcome attitude, able to lift up to 44 pounds, and flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays. Target offers comprehensive training, benefits eligibility, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in food or grocery is preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners as directed.
• Work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, maintaining a fresh and full shopping environment during all hours of operation.
• Uphold and maintain Food & Beverage standards.
• Handle food deliveries, replenishment, shelving, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, and signing.
• Follow all food safety requirements per Target policies.
• Assist guests and promote products to increase sales.
• Collaborate with vendors and organize backroom space.
• Identify damaged or expired items and follow procedures.
