Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, rotation, and signing.
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to set and update displays and organize backroom space.
• Locate damaged, recalled or expired items and process per policies.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues.
• Adhere to federal, state and local adult beverage laws as applicable.
• Use PPE properly and follow equipment guidelines.
