Target Fort Worth is looking for a Food & Beverage Expert to deliver a complete guest experience across all store hours. You will uphold food safety standards, manage deliveries and replenishment, and assist guests with product information and promotions.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, teamwork and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, including nights and weekends, while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other tech as directed.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, signing and organizing and storing reserve product.
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to set up and maintain merchandise displays and backroom organization.
• Locate and identify damaged, recalled, or expired items and process according to Target’s policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about tools and services available to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
