Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, merchandising, in-stocks routines, and signing.
• Follow all food safety requirements per Target policies.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Collaborate with vendors to set and adjust displays and backroom organization.
• Identify damaged, recalled or expired items and handle per policy.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve guests' issues.
