Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert to enhance guest experiences on the sales floor. You will ensure products are fresh, in stock, accurately priced, and signed, while supporting replenishment, inventory, and merchandising tasks.

You will greet guests, answer questions, and use sampling and suggestive selling to promote items. This role requires teamwork, safety focus, and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• This role requires excellent guest service and teamwork skills.
• It helps to have experience with food or grocery settings, but not required.
• Ability to follow safety standards and operate store technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain full shopping hours.
• Execute food & beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, signing and storage.
• Assist with backroom organization, out-of-stock routines, and data accuracy.
• Follow all safety policies and food safety requirements.
• Engage guests with sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to set up displays and manage backroom space.
