Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking an experienced hotel culinary leader to guide food & beverage operations at Murfreesboro Embassy Suites. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, ensuring high-quality service and seamless banquet/outlet performance.

The role requires strong cost control, forecasting, and menu design skills, with a focus on safety, team development, and guest satisfaction. A culinary degree and relevant certifications are preferred, with opportunities for growth within Atrium's

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hotel culinary leadership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of food preparation methods.
  • Financial acumen in food costing, forecasting and profitability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Culinary degree and certifications (ServSafe, TIPS, Executive Chef) preferred.

Full time Compensation Range : $87254.40 - $130881.61 / year Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors.

Job Description

4+ years of hotel culinary leadership experience—essential for leading both front- and back-of-house teams with confidence. Deep knowledge of food preparation methods—ensures consistency, quality, and culinary innovation across all venues. Financial acumen in food costing, forecasting, and profitability—drives performance and keeps your operation on track. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools—supports day-to-day communication, reporting, and planning.
