Atrium Hospitality in Springdale, AR is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and develop a team across dining areas, bartending, bussing, and food-running duties. This on-site role offers a competitive hourly pay range and opportunities for coaching and operational improvements.

You will manage scheduling, ensure service quality, and partner with front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a server or similar role—ensures you understand service fundamentals and team dynamics.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience—critical for coaching associates and resolving service issues quickly.
• Hotel or hospitality background—helps in adapting to fast-paced, guest-focused environments.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days)—ensures guest and team safety.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule—necessary for physical and operational demands.
