Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Category Coordinator to support the Category Management team in executing assortment strategies, maintaining category reporting, and coordinating vendor communications.

Based in Plano, TX, this on-site role involves item setup, SKU lifecycle management, and preparing weekly and monthly reports to drive smart decision-making across our theatre operations. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 1–3 years of analytics or category

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1–3 years of analytics, planning, theater management/operations, or category management experience.
Strong communication and project management skills; analytical with large datasets.

Responsibilities

Support assortment management activities for assigned product categories.
Coordinate item setup, maintenance, and SKU lifecycle across systems.
Maintain category calendars and track launches, tests, resets, and promotions.
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting and analysis.
Coordinate vendor meetings and follow-up actions.
Support product launches, pricing analysis, planogram execution, and ad hoc projects.
