Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Break Attendant to support conference centers, classrooms, and offices. You will set up break stations, stock items, brew coffee, and maintain appealing presentation throughout events.

The position requires a friendly, outgoing personality. A Basic Food Safety Certification must be completed within 30 days of start; food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up for functions and break stations, arrange daily food items with signage, stock mugs, plates, and bowls, and brew coffee.
• Serve by taking food to break locations, replenish items, and maintain presentation at break stations.
• Break down and reset stations, restock for next shift, sweep, mop, and organize storerooms.
• Restock and maintain Office Break Stations and pantries; ensure FIFO orders are stored properly.
• Report maintenance or housekeeping issues in any break stations.

Breaks stations are located in the conference centers, classrooms, offices, sports fields, and hotel guest rooms floors.Status: Part TimeAvailability: 1st shift or 2nd shiftPayrate: $18.00 per hour.Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte UniversityESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Set up for functions and break stations, set daily food items with the proper signage, stocking mugs, plates, bowls, polishing silverware, and brewing coffee.Service to include picking up food from kitchen and taking it to the break locations, displaying and replenishing food.Break down to include bussing break stations, returning food to the kitchen, restocking all break items for the following shift, sweeping, mopping and organizing storerooms.Responsibilities also include cleaning and organizing coffee brewing areas.Restock and maintain the presentation of Office Break Stations.Set up and tear down F&B breaks in classrooms, labs and training rooms as needed.Stock, maintain and clean Guest Floor Pantries. Ensure all pantries are in presentable condition.Putting away requisition orders as needed using FIFO method.
