Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant/Runner to take and fulfill orders, assist with lane servers, and help maintain an exceptional guest experience. You will learn the menu, promotions, and weekly specials to relay to guests, and you will help keep the center clean while promoting responsible beverage service.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience in restaurant/hospitality (optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders.
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and speed.
• Learn the menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to guests.
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage.
• Help keep the center clean and promote responsible service.

WHAT OUR FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS/RUNNERS DO

OurFood & Beverage Attendants/Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and do their part to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center and ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be.

A FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT/RUNNER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staffto ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specialsand relay them to our guests
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage
• Help keep the center clean
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations

WHAT IT TAKES

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

The pay range for this position is $17 to $18 / hour
