Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a part-time F&B Attendant/Runner at one location in Massachusetts. You will take and fulfill food and drink orders, coordinate with lane servers and kitchen staff, and help maintain a clean, guest-friendly environment.

Candidates should be 18+ and prefer HS diploma or hospitality experience. You will learn the menu, promotions, and weekly specials, and accurately ring sales. The role includes evening and night shifts with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience is preferred.
• Experience in food and beverage service is advantageous.
• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders.
• Coordinate with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure accurate, timely prep.
• Learn the menu, promotions, and weekly specials, then relay to guests.
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage.
• Help keep the center clean and welcoming.
• Promote responsible alcohol service and comply with local regulations.

WHAT OUR FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS/RUNNERS DO

OurFood & Beverage Attendants/Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and do their part to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center and ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be.

A FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT/RUNNER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staffto ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specialsand relay them to our guests
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage
• Help keep the center clean
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations

WHAT IT TAKES

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $19.00 / hour
