Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant/Runner to deliver guests’ food and drinks and help maintain a clean, welcoming center.

You will work with lane servers and kitchen staff, learn menu promotions, and accurately ring sales while promoting responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws.

This role offers a fun entertainment environment with evening and night shifts and perks such as free bowling and discounts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience demonstrated in school or prior jobs.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment and collaborate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage
• Help keep the center clean
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations

WHAT OUR FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS/RUNNERS DO

Our Food & Beverage Attendants/Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and do their part to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center and ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be.

A FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT/RUNNER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage
• Help keep the center clean
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations

WHAT IT TAKES

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

The pay range for this position is $18 to $20/hour.
