Job summary

Troon is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate for Coyote Springs Golf Course in Nevada. This role supports the Food and Beverage Department, including bar, grill, banquet events, and guest service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in F&B, knowledge of health regulations, and banquet or beverage cart experience. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, plus a service orientation, are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Qualified candidates will provide assistance to various areas of the Food and Beverage Department. Candidates will work in the bar and grill area, serving staff, bartending staff, and banquet events. Candidates may also perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements

• Must have 1-2 years of related experience in F&B.
• Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws.
• Must have food and beverage/beverage cart and banquet experience.
• Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have strong service orientation.

Education and Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Nevada Driver’s License, current & valid.
• Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM), current & valid.
• Health Card (SNHD), current & valid.
• Las Vegas METRO issued non-gaming work card.
