Job summary

Coyote Springs Golf Club in Coyote Springs, NV is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate to join a fast-paced hospitality team within Troon. You will support multiple areas of the F&B department, including bar, grill, serving, bartending, and banquets, contributing to guest satisfaction and smooth event service.

The role requires 1–2 years of F&B experience, knowledge of health regulations, and strong organization, with good interpersonal and service skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience in food and beverage.
• Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws.
• Experience in beverage cart and banquet settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Qualified candidates will provide assistance to various areas of the Food and Beverage Department. Candidates will work in the bar and grill area, serving staff, bartending staff, and banquet events. Candidates may also perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:

• Must have 1-2 years of related experience in F&B.
• Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws.
• Must have food and beverage/beverage cart and banquet experience.
• Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have strong service orientation.

Education and Certifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM), current & valid.

Las Vegas METRO issued non-gaming work card.
