Qualifications

• Five years' extensive managerial and supervisory experience in restaurant, bar, banquet and kitchen management within a large hotel, resort or multi-unit environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets, high-volume operations, and large teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Assistant Food and Beverage Director

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking anAssistant Food and Beverage Director. In this role, you will assist the Food and Beverage Director with providing a safe, effective, efficient, efficient, organized, quality-oriented,and profitable restaurant and food and beverage operation. You will also assist in planning, organizing, executing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of all food and beverage venues.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll also support associates by fostering a collaborative, well-trained, and guest-focused team environment, empowering staff to deliver memorable hospitality.

Salary Range - $115,000 - $125,000
