Job summary

ST JOE RESORT OPERATIONS LLC in Florida is seeking a Food Runner to support servers by delivering correct food and drinks and by seating guests.

You will assist with drink orders, refill water, ensure proper tableware, and help with both FOH and BOH tasks while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and communicate in basic English.
• CPR training can be obtained after employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the correct food to guests.
• Seat guests at their tables and assist servers.
• Take drink orders and refill drinks for guests.
• Double check orders to ensure they match tickets.
• Prepare sauce cups and cut fruit for bartenders as needed.
• Prepare expo line for service and bus tables as needed.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize common areas.
• Take out trash and uphold sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties for FOH/BOH as assigned.

Job SummaryThe food runner position assists the servers by taking guests the correct food and drink to the corresponding table and seat position.
