Job summary

New Forest Hotels in the Burley area is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to greet guests and deliver warm, memorable service across our venues.

You’ll join a supportive team, follow hygiene standards, be flexible with shifts including evenings and weekends, and have access to training, uniform, staff parking and Perkbox benefits.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and enthusiastic.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Professional, reliable and a team player.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is advantageous, but not essential; full training will be provided.

What will you be doing?

As aFood and Beverage Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and an excellent experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and professional service to our guests
• Supporting the smooth running of our food and beverage operations

• Following food hygiene, safety and allergen procedures
• Working closely with your colleagues to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere

Due to the location of our venues and limited public transport links, you will need to have your own reliable transport and be able to travel to and from work for a variety of shift patterns.
