Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC is seeking a Hospitality or Culinary Arts student or recent graduate for an internship/trainee role focused on luxury guest service. You will learn Aman standards, support F&B operations, and engage in cross-cultural hospitality practices.

Minimum visa requirements (J-1) must be met, and flexibility for weekends/holidays is expected. A professional appearance and strong English communication are essential, with a proactive attitude and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Hospitality or Culinary Arts program.
• Strong interest in luxury hospitality and guest service.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively in a team.
• Must meet all J-1 visa and program sponsor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food and Beverage team in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally.
• Learn set-up and breakdown procedures for service areas according to Aman standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all front and back-of-house areas.
• Develop knowledge of the menu, including allergens and guest preferences.
• Assist with polishing and restocking silverware, glassware, and linens.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Observe and support service timing and guest interaction flow.
• Participate in pre-service briefings and daily team meetings.
• Engage in cross-cultural exchange and hospitality best practices.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene procedures during training and service.
