Aman Group, operating Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah, invites a dedicated Food & Beverage Host to join our team. You will be the first contact for guests in the dining room, delivering warm, attentive service and ensuring a memorable dining experience through all stages of their visit.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, describing menu highlights, and coordinating with the leadership team to uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in food & beverage, preferably luxury or fine dining.
• TIPS and ServSafe certified.
• Familiarity with Micros, SevenRooms, Opera and related software is a plus.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to tables with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records.
• Ensure tables are set and menus are clean before seating.
• Explain menu items and specials, maintain dining room ambiance.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
