Job summary

DO & CO AG in Redondo Beach, CA, is seeking a Food Assembly Helper to join our hospitality team. You will assemble food items according to airline specifications, set up trays, and maintain rigorous food safety standards while working across diverse shifts.

The role requires stamina to stand for long hours, the ability to work independently or in a team, and flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. We offer competitive pay and FT benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble food items including tray setup. Follow airline specifications which usually include tray setting for hot meals, cold meals, salad, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments)
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team

Qualifications:

• Able to manage through a substantial workload
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Able to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
