The beautiful Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead their grab-and-go marketplace, Muse.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly organized leader with experience in high-volume coffee shops, grab-and-go marketplaces, or retail operations. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, leading a team of 10–12 staff, and ensuring compliance with Hilton and Starbucks standards. Strong product knowledge, trend awareness, and experience with ordering, inventory control, and product rotation are essential. The candidate should foster a positive, accountable culture, support team morale, and be prepared to step in during busy periods. Hotel experience is a plus but not required.

Shift Pattern and Compensation

• Shift Pattern: Full availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour.
