Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, leading a team of 10–12 staff, and ensuring compliance with Hilton and Starbucks standards. Strong product knowledge, trend awareness, and experience with ordering, inventory control, and product rotation are essential. The candidate should foster a positive, accountable culture, support team morale, and be prepared to step in during busy periods. Hotel experience is a plus but not required.
