Description

We are hiring a Lounge Supervisor!

Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out all reasonable requests by management within your capabilities.
  2. Open and close shifts according to the manager’s checklist.
  3. Train, maintain, and enforce all service standards using records, menus, and reference materials.
  4. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and guests; report unsafe conditions to management.
  5. Ensure room service is fully staffed and capable of handling business volume; check and assist as needed.
  6. Be on the floor during all meal periods to ensure adequate coverage.
  7. Conduct taste panels and menu classes daily for restaurant and room service.
  8. Monitor staffing hours and overtime daily, relating to sales and profits.
  9. Teach and understand empowerment principles to ensure guest satisfaction.
  10. Maintain fair counseling and disciplinary procedures per company policies.
  11. Participate in restaurant associate meetings and training seminars.
  12. Manage bookings for restaurant parties and hospitality suites; communicate effectively with managers.
  13. Gather and implement tools for shift management (schedules, floor plans, reservations).
  14. Assist guests during shifts with service, seating, and communication with kitchen staff.
  15. Complete side work daily, clean and reset stations, and attend to all details per SOP.
  16. Manage repair and maintenance programs through work orders.
