The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the successful operation of the Food & Beverage Department. Responsibilities include quality service of food and beverages, equipment maintenance, inventory purchasing, staffing and scheduling, and ensuring compliance with food service and liquor regulations. The role requires adherence to gaming laws and casino policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Food & Beverage operations and team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain high guest service standards and monitor team performance.
• Analyze operational and financial data to improve profitability.
• Manage vendor relationships, product selection, and inventory control.
• Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
• Participate in meetings and communicate professionally with staff and guests.

Qualifications

Physical Demands & Work Environment
