Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the restaurant and banquet operations at our Miami Beach property, upholding established quality and service standards while maximizing guest satisfaction and profits.

You will direct and develop a strong team, supervise front-of-house and kitchen shifts, ensure high standards of food preparation and service, and contribute to the hotel's success through leadership and ongoing associate development.

Formación

• Culinary school or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of one year food & beverage and/or hospitality-related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures guest satisfaction, developed through a strong team environment, with prompt, courteous service.
• Directs front-of-house staff to maintain high-quality service, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Directs food preparation for specific shifts across all hotel outlets, ensuring highest quality and consistency in food handling, quality and presentation.
• Performs other duties assigned by management.

Location:

Life as a Food and Beverage Supervisor:

• Supervises the daily operation of the restaurant & banquets, maintaining established quality and service standards and maximizing profits.
• Ensures guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on associate satisfaction and delivery of prompt, courteous, correct service.
• Directs and supervises employees in the front of the house to maintain high quality service, cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction.
• Directs and supervises the food preparation for specific shifts in all food outlets of the hotel and ensures the highest-level quality and consistency as relates to food handling, food quality and food presentations
• Performs other duties assigned by management.

What we're looking for:

• Culinary school or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of one year food and beverage and/ or hospitality related work experience required.
