HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to help plan and operate the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets. You will work to achieve guest satisfaction, high service standards, and financial targets while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
Responsibilities include supervising servers, coordinating events, and training staff, with strong emphasis on clear communication and leadership.

Assist the Outlet Manager in the planning and management of the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
