Martin Resorts, Inc. seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily service in the F&B Department, train and coach staff, and monitor labor costs. You will lead shifts, coordinate with outlets, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.
The ideal candidate has strong communication, staff leadership, and safety compliance skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and maintain service quality.
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the service in the Food & Beverage Department. This position is also responsible for assisting the manager with training, motivating, and coaching the staff, and monitoring expenses and controlling labor costs.
