Job summary

Bobby Jones Links in the United States is seeking a Food and Beverage Server to support dining operations across private, resort, daily fee, and public courses. You will present menus, answer questions, and offer dining recommendations while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, handling cash, attending pre-meal meetings, reporting concerns to supervisors, and performing side-work to maintain a clean, efficient service area with emphasis on safety and safe food

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (may vary by state).
• Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes.
• Ability to enforce policies and regulations regarding alcohol consumption.

Responsibilities

• Presents menus, answers questions, and makes menu recommendations.
• Utilizes the POS system and places orders with the kitchen.
• Attends pre-meal meetings and communicates with supervisor on issues.
• Handles cash and ensures receipts balance at day’s end.
• Maintains safe work practices and safe food handling standards.
• Completes side-work such as bussing and clearing tables.
