Food and Beverage Server

Position Summary: The Food and Beverage server is responsible for providing an excellent member experience within our private lifestyle club.

Your Role

• Interact with members while performing service duties.
• Assess members' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Become proficient in food and beverage menu knowledge.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Set up and break down all food and beverage events.
• Maintains reasonable, regular, and punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.

Your Skills

• Experience as a server/bartender is a plus.
• Computer literacy - POS system knowledge.

• Ability to stay organized and motivated.
