What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will assist in directing and organizing activities of hotel food and beverage outlets (restaurant, lounge, room service, coffee shop, etc.) to ensure an excellent guest experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing operations related to guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing initiatives, systems management, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Assessing product quality, service satisfaction trends, addressing issues, and implementing improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Implementing marketing and upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.
• Acting in the absence of the manager as needed.
