Nestled in the heart of the Short North Arts District, connected to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, our hotel features two towers with 1,000 guest rooms, 75,000 square feet of event space, and several unique dining experiences.

The In-Room Dining team at Hilton Columbus Downtown is seeking a temporary/seasonal Delivery Attendant (part-time and seasonal) to join our award-winning property. Bring your talents to a creative, dynamic atmosphere alongside teammates who share a passion for hospitality!

As an In-Room Dining Server, your responsibilities include delivering and serving food and beverages to guests promptly, courteously, and efficiently, ensuring outstanding guest service and contributing to financial profitability. Key tasks include:

• Setting up room service trays and tables for incoming orders
• Retrieving checks, setting tables per specifications, collecting food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar, and delivering to guest rooms and meeting rooms
• Serving meals, collecting trays, and responding to guest requests timely and courteously
• Presenting checks and processing payments
• Returning payments and signed checks to the order taker
• Performing order-taking duties and answering room service calls as needed
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
