The F&B Manager for Barrel & Bushel and Market will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, training, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as all operating procedures. The manager may also coordinate special events at the hotel. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential. Food and Beverage cost control experience is preferred.
