The Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort is looking to welcome a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the team! This stunning 374 room hotel, with three various F&B outlets is located three miles from Las Olas Boulevard's vibrant restaurants and shops, offers a full-service spa, multiple dining options and also boasts an outdoor pool and private cabanas.

Ideal candidates for this role have a minimum of 1 year of hotel supervisory experience, 2 years of restaurant serving/bartending experience, and are comfortable having a floor and guest facing presence.

Shift Pattern: Full Availability and Flexibility for all shifts (AM/MID/PM) (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed)

What will I be doing?

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage department to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

  • Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
  • Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
