Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd, on behalf of a luxury Nantucket property, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the team on a full-time, year-round basis.

The role oversees daily F&B operations, leads a high-end service team, and collaborates with culinary leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences across dining and beverage outlets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

I am hiring on behalf of a luxury hospitality property in Nantucket, MA, seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to join their team on a full-time, year-round basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong F&B experience who enjoys leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and overseeing day-to-day restaurant and beverage operations within a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations and ensure consistently high service standards.
• Lead, train, mentor, and develop F&B team members.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience across all dining and beverage outlets.
• Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, service, and floor coverage.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management.
• Monitor service standards and address guest feedback in a professional manner.
• Work closely with culinary leadership to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house operations.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls.
• Monitor labor and operating costs while maintaining service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Help develop and implement operational procedures and service standards.
• Support F&B leadership with events, functions, and special guest experiences.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within Food & Beverage, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, resorts, or clubs.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and guest relations experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management approach.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, labor management, and cost control preferred.
• Hospitality or related education is an asset but not required.
