Job summary

Key West Historic Inns is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operation with energy, consistency, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This hands-on leadership role connects with guests, develops the team, and identifies opportunities to improve the business across Winslow’s Bungalows, Lighthouse Hotel, Ridley House, Ella’s Cottages, and Fitch Lodge.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage supervisory or management experience.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Banquet management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage service, wine, inventory, and cost controls.
• Strong understanding of labor management, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and developing people.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
