Food and Beverage Director - Entertainment Venue

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead operations at a dynamic, high-energy entertainment venue! Our venue combines food, drinks, and immersive entertainment in a one-of-a-kind setting, offering an unforgettable guest experience. What You Will Be Expected To Do

• Work with owners and executive team to organize, plan, and direct all activities in the building.
• Create and implement training manuals and programs that elevate service standards and cultivate in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus.
• Manage budgeting, labor, food, and beverage costs based on financial objectives.
• Create and uphold company standards, policies, and SOPs, including sanitation, maintenance, safety, etc.
• Be entrepreneurial with a creative focus on menu development, event planning, business development, new revenue opportunities, and building partnerships locally.
• Assist with any and all floor positions when needed, including but not limited to, bar and expo.
• Make people feel welcome and comfortable - treat every guest, employee, and vendor with respect.

You Will Be The Perfect Fit If You Have

• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in food & beverage management within entertainment venues, high-volume restaurants, casinos, bowling alleys, event spaces, theme parks, or hospitality-driven environments.
• High-volume management experience.
• Experience creating and implementing Operational Manuals/Handbooks, Training Manuals, and Training Programs.
• Strong financial P&L acumen.
• Tech-savvy with high proficiency in POS, scheduling, reporting (Restaurant 365).
• Must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and mentorship.
