Job summary

The Club at Twin Lakes seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead a high-volume restaurant and golf course operation, developing strategies to elevate guest experiences and profitability.

You will manage staffing, inventory, budgets, promotions, and reporting; oversee banquet and event service, coordinate with marketing, and contribute to community partnerships, while ensuring compliance and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Food & Beverage management in a similar size restaurant/bar.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• IT knowledge including AV, sound, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate for the Food and Beverage Director position will possess extensive experience in a high-volume restaurant and bar environment, showcasing a creative and tech-savvy approach to enhancing guest experiences. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant within the local community while attracting golfers enjoying the course.
