Classification: Part Time

Shift Pattern: Flexible availability preferred; at least 5 days for AM or PM shifts; weekends and holidays required.

Hourly Rate: $22.73 during the introductory period (135 days); $25.25 full rate.

Ideal Candidate: At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge guests during check-out.
• Accurately process payments using the point-of-sale system, handle cash, credit, and gift certificates.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues, involving a supervisor if needed.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
