A Counter Attendant is responsible for serving food and beverages in the restaurant, including take-out items. Tasks should be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner to ensure high guest satisfaction.

Classification: Part Time

Shift: Weekends and holidays included, 8 am - 5 pm availability required.

Hourly Wage: $21.34 - $23.71

Responsibilities
  • Set up and organize work station before shift, ensuring cleanliness and stock of necessary items.
  • Greet guests courteously, suggest additional items, input orders into the POS system, and communicate with the kitchen.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages promptly, following sanitary procedures and presentation standards.
  • Present and close out checks, following proper cash handling procedures.
  • Clean tables and transport used dishware for cleaning after each guest.
  • Break down and clean the work station at shift end, storing items properly.
