Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking an entry-level Food and Beverage Attendant to greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and keep dining areas clean and stocked. You will support service across cashier stations and dining rooms while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
• Requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays with possible smoke and noise.

• Take orders from guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner. Provide exceptional customer service to every guest.
• Perform financial transactions and process guest payments for all goods and services delivered.
• Maintain stock levels for the condiment area, dining room, and front counter.
• Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment. Maintain the cleanliness of your cashier station, menus, and all other necessary tools.
• Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure minimum drinking age requirements are met.
