Job summary

Dezerland Park Orlando is seeking an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver high-quality F&B services to guests while supporting back-of-house operations. This part-time role involves cashiering, handling payments, operating POS, serving coffee and beverages, and maintaining clean dining areas.

Flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and weekends is required. Candidates with a high school diploma, English proficiency, and hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Food Safety Certificate is preferred.
• Barista experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to assist in front and back of house duties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to work multiple locations within the Food Court and Restaurant.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage services

• Operate coffee machines and equipment
• Assist with back-of-house tasks including:
• Cleaning kitchen and storage areas
• Dishwashing
• Organizing stock, supplies, and equipment
• Supporting food preparation areas as directed
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all time
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams
