Dezerland Park Orlando is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Host and Server for 007 Kitchen & Bar, inside the venue. You will greet guests, manage seating, and deliver food and drinks with a focus on memorable hospitality experiences.

This role blends hosting and table service in a fast-paced entertainment destination, requiring teamwork, reliability, and strong guest-focused service. 18+ with HS diploma and flexible availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Food Safety Certificate preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide guest-first service.
• English fluency; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly food and beverage service.
• Manage waitlists and seating to optimize table turns.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus.
• Take orders with POS and process payments accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and maintain presentation.
• Check back to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Assist with events and high-volume periods.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and stations.
